पाकिस्तान के प्रधानमंत्री ने लाहौर प्रक्रिया का भी स्मरण किया जिसके तहत शिमला समझौते की पुनःपुष्टि की गई है और यह प्रतिबद्धता व्यक्त की गई है कि हिंसा त्याग कर सभी विवादित मुद्दों का समाधान शांतिपूर्ण द्विपक्षीय वार्ता के जरिए किया जाए और उन्होंने इस सिलसिले को पुनः उसी स्थान से शुरू करने की इच्छा जताई जहां इसे अक्तूबर 1999 में छोड़ दिया गया था।

75. If you recall during the visit of President Hu Jintao last year, in the Joint Declaration, it was clearly stated that both countries feel that international civilian nuclear cooperation should be advanced through innovative and forward looking approaches, while safeguarding the effectiveness of international non-proliferation principles.

यदि आपको स्मरण हो, पिछले वर्ष राष्ट्रपति हू जिन्ताओ की यात्रा के दौरान संयुक्त घोषणा में स्पष्ट रूप से कहा गया था कि दोनों पक्ष यह महसूस करते हैं कि अंतर्राष्ट्रीय असैनिक परमाणु सहयोग को नवीन और दूरदर्शी दृष्टकोण से आगे बढ़ाया जाए और अंतर्राष्ट्रीय परमाणु अप्रसार सिद्धांतों की भी कारगर सुरक्षा की जाए ।

76. In this regard, we recall the Addis Ababa Action Agenda on Financing for Development including its emphasis on inclusive cooperation and dialogue among national tax authorities on international tax matters with increased participation of developing countries and reflecting adequate, equitable, geographical distribution, representing different tax systems.

इस संबंध में, हम विकासशील देशों की बढ़ती भागीदारी के साथ अंतरराष्ट्रीय कर मुद्दों पर समावेशी सहयोग और राष्ट्रीय टैक्स अधिकारियों के बीच बातचीत पर जोर देने के साथ विकास के लिए वित्त पोषण पर अदीस अबाबा कार्रवाई एजेंडा का आह्वान करते हैं।

77. So when we started our summit engagement in 2008, it was building up on the engagement that we had had in the few years before in terms of - you may recall acronyms like Team-9 - when we first started our techno-economic engagement with the countries of West Africa.

78. * Recalling their efforts as IBSA to contribute to a peaceful and diplomatic solution of the situation in Syria, the Ministers called upon all parties to the Syrian conflict to abjure violence so that conducive environment may be created for an inclusive Syrian-led political dialogue leading to a comprehensive political solution, taking into account the legitimate aspirations of the people of Syria.

* सीरिया में स्थिति के शांतिपूर्ण एवं राजनयिक समाधान में योगदान करने के लिए इब्सा के रूप में अपने प्रयासों को याद करते हुए विदेश मंत्रियों ने सीरिया संघर्ष से जुड़े सभी पक्षों से हिंसा छोड़ देने का आह्वान किया ताकि सीरिया के नेतृत्व में एक समावेशी वार्ता के लिए अनुकूल माहौल तैयार हो सके जिससे सीरिया के लोगों की जायज आकांक्षाओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए कोई व्यापक राजनीतिक समाधान निकल सके।

79. Recall Jesus’ words: “If, then, you are bringing your gift to the altar and you there remember that your brother has something against you, leave your gift there in front of the altar, and go away; first make your peace with your brother, and then, when you have come back, offer up your gift.”—Matthew 5:23, 24; 1 Peter 4:8.

80. The Government rejected the baseless and unsubstantiated allegations made by Pakistan against these officials and expressed regret that Pakistan authorities chose to level such allegations after deciding to recall, on their own, six officials of the Pakistan High Commission, some of whom may have been named to Indian authorities by a Pakistani spy - Mehmood Akhtar - working in the Pakistan High Commission in New Delhi, when he was apprehended by Law Enforcement Authorities on October 27, 2016 indulging in anti-India activities.

सरकार ने इन कार्मिकों के खिलाफ पाकिस्ता न द्वारा लगाए गए निराधार और अपुष्टट आरोपों को खारिज किया और खेद व्य्क्ता किया कि पाकिस्ता नी प्राधिकारियों ने पाकिस्ताआन उच्चा योग के 06 कार्मिकों को स्वतः वापस बुलाने के निर्णय के उपरांत ऐसे आरोप लगाए। इनमें से कुछ के नाम संभवत: नई दिल्लीा में पाकिस्ताेनी उच्चारयोग में कार्यरत एक पाकिस्ताानी जासूस- महमूद अख्त र- द्वारा भारतीय प्राधिकारियों को बताए गए हों, जब उसे 27 अक्तूाबर, 2016 को भारत विरोधी गतिविधियों में शामिल होने पर विधि प्रवर्तन अधिकारियों द्वारा पकड़ा गया था। स्वतत: वापस बुलाने के निर्णय के उपरांत ऐसे आरोप लगाए गए।
